Experience has shown us that participants in our simulations are very quickly absorbed into the task - in this situation they cannot help but be themselves! Our simulations are therefore excellent for development and assessment centres, as they provide the opportunity not only to assess the business and commercial awareness of the participants but also to observe specific behavioural competencies.
