‘If I was running this company, I would.......'   Well, now they can!  Staff business challenges, which we organise and run over the internet, allow hundreds of employees at all levels to participate.  This is a very cost-effective development exercise as no expensive residential venues are required, little "off the job" time is lost and we cover all the administration.  

Through the interpretation of market, management and competitor information and the decision making process, the participants gain increased commercial awareness and a greater understanding of the interrelationships of the various elements of running a business and their impact on profitability. The decision making process is normally carried out under time constraints, and each member must play his or her part for the team to be fully effective.
