Case Studies
Case Study 1

Leading private medical care provider (BUPA). Our PRIMECIS simulation formed the backbone of their Business Dynamics Programme, designed to increase managers' perspective of the overall business and to improve their knowledge and confidence levels when dealing with external customers, care providers and their own team members.

Case Study 2

Leading UK Insurer (Eagle Star). We ran the BAIT business challenge for some 600 staff in 100 teams, on a "knock out" basis, over several months. BAIT provided a highly competitive, relevant and fun way for staff at all levels to grasp the wider issues of the industry and the changes taking place. As no expensive venues or off the job time were required the challenge was a cost effective way of promoting staff development.

Case Study 3

Leading Property Management Company (DTZ Debenham Tie Leung). Simulation used as dual purpose vehicle in Development workshop. In order to identify individual development needs, delegates were observed in their teams, not only on commercial, business, analytical and numeracy skills but also on their leadership, team working, planning, organisational competencies and interpersonal skills.

Case Study 4

Royal Mail International. In line with other mail operators, RMI needs to meet new challenges in total delivery cost efficiency. We built the Mission Possible simulation, at short notice, to provide a focal point at a conference for 200 Royal Mail Managers. The successfully achieved objective was to develop their overall understanding of the international Business, in which they play a major role in collection and distribution.
